We want you to love your Grain Buds products! If you experience any issues with your order or wish to make a return, please contact us at support@grain-buds.com for assistance.
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns must be shipped within 15 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping fees), 30 days of delivery for store credit.
- Returns initiated after 30 days are final sale and not eligible for a refund.
- Items discounted 25% or more are final sale and cannot be returned.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval status.
- If approved, refunds will be processed minus the shipping fee.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please purchase a shipping label through your preferred carrier.
- If a return label is requested, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Kindly note that Grain Buds is not responsible for lost or damaged returns - we recommend purchasing tracked shipping and shipping insurance on your return.
